  • Purchasing: To buy a service, the Buyer clicks “Buy Now” on the service detail page. Payment is made upfront and held in StrongBody AI’s intermediary vault (escrow). Upon completion of the purchase, a notification is sent to the Seller’s account and via email to both parties to initiate the transaction process.

  • Broad Sourcing: If a Buyer cannot find a suitable existing service, they can create a Public Request. This includes selecting a category and describing their specific requirements.
  • AI Matching for Requests: The intelligent AI Matching system identifies potential Sellers based on expertise and requirements, forwarding the Public Request to them. The Buyer can then receive multiple offers from different Sellers and choose the one that best fits their needs.

Product Enquiries – Consult Request

  • Product Consultation: On any product page, a Buyer can send a consultation request. This opens the Biz Messenger window, allowing the Buyer to send a direct enquiry regarding that specific product.
  • Real-Time Exchange: Sellers and Buyers can communicate instantly. While the exchange is facilitated by the platform, the final product delivery is handled directly between the two parties. StrongBody AI ensures transaction confirmation and provides secure payment support via integrated Stripe, PayPal, and Payoneer gateways.

Receiving and Processing Offers

Offer Management: When a Seller sends an offer (for a product, service, or in response to a request), the Buyer receives it instantly. These can be managed via My Account -> Received Offers.
