StrongBody AI utilises these preferences to search for and match relevant services and products on the platform to the Buyer. This ensures convenience and a tailored experience when seeking to purchase services or products.
- Once these selections are made, the user can begin browsing information and conducting transactions on the platform.
Automated Matching and Information Personalisation
- A standout feature of the StrongBody AI platform is its Automatic Matching capability. After providing their interests and desired expert groups, the system automatically filters relevant service information and delivers it to the Buyer.

The Service Purchase Process for Buyers: After logging in, Buyers can browse lists of products, services, experts, and other resources via the Top Navigation Menu, Bottom Menu, and other site content:
- Browsing Services: Services uploaded by expert accounts (Seller/Provider/Expert) are displayed on the Service page. Here, users can view service categories and detailed content for each service. Users can also use the search filter on the left-hand menu to find services based on category and specific needs.
- Viewing Service Details: Each service includes a specific description, illustrative images, pricing, and information about the provider (Seller). Service information is thoroughly explained, including tasks to be performed, technologies or techniques applied, roadmaps, and the Seller’s quality commitments to ensure Buyer trust. Buyers can also click on the Seller’s name within the service detail page to view the Seller’s full profile.
- Placing an Order: Buyers click the “Buy Now” button on the service detail page. The Buyer then proceeds to pay the service fee. This payment is held in StrongBody AI’s intermediary escrow wallet. Once the purchase is complete, order information is sent to the Seller’s account and via email to both parties to notify them that a transaction is underway, facilitating prompt order processing.
The Process for Sending a Service Request to a Seller:

To send a custom request for an existing service, the Buyer uses the “Send Request” form on the service detail page. If a Buyer has a need but cannot find a suitable existing service or product, they can create a Public Request. This involves selecting a sector from the StrongBody AI categories and describing their requirements. The AI Smart Matching system automatically identifies potential Sellers based on expertise and requirements and forwards the Public Request to them. The Buyer can then receive multiple offers from different Sellers and choose the one that best fits their needs. Product Enquiries – Consult Request: Products shared on a Seller’s personal storefront are intended to provide information and highlight benefits. StrongBody AI allows Buyers to contact Sellers for product advice:
- On the product information page, the Buyer sends a consultation request. StrongBody AI opens the Biz Messenger (B-Messenger) window, allowing the Buyer to send an enquiry regarding a specific product. Here, the Seller and Buyer can exchange information in real-time. Receiving and Processing Offers
- When a Seller sends an Offer regarding a product or service, or responds to a Buyer’s request, the Buyer receives that Offer. Buyers can manage their received offers via Account Management -> Offers Menu.
- An Offer will also appear within the chat window in B-Messenger. This is a unique feature of StrongBody AI; B-Messenger is not just a communication tool but a powerful integrated business transaction tool, providing unprecedented convenience.
- Buyers can open an Offer to see full details, including the Offer name, type of service or product, tasks, timeline, delivery method, agreed terms, and the total cost. Buyers have the option to ignore or decline an Offer.
- Accepting an Offer: If the Buyer agrees, they make a payment for the Offer using PayPal or Stripe via their pre-configured credit card. The payment process is entirely secure. The funds are held in escrow by StrongBody AI.
- The Seller receives a notification that the Offer has been paid and begins the work as outlined.
- Completion: Once the work is finished, if the Buyer is satisfied with the result, they confirm the Offer as completed. The payment is then released to the Seller, minus applicable StrongBody AI transaction fees.
- If the Buyer confirms receipt without complaint, the order status is updated to “Completed”. After 15 days, the funds are transferred to the Seller’s account.
