StrongBody AI is seeking experienced Family Support Workers / Child Support Workers in the UK to join our platform to provide professional services to global and local clients through StrongBody AI and the MultiMe AI application.
I. ABOUT THIS POSITION
As an Expert Partner of StrongBody AI, you will list and provide services and products aligned with your expertise and professional capacity. These services will be delivered to clients via the StrongBody AI platform based on their specific needs.
All services must comply with UK legal regulations (including Ofsted, EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection standards) as well as StrongBody AI policies. The platform provides tools and solutions to help you reach both international and UK-based clients, allowing you to expand beyond your current practice or centre limitations.
You are not an employee of StrongBody AI. Your income comes directly from client payments for the services and products you provide.
In practice, you can offer online services such as: family support guidance, parenting strategy consultation, and child development education. Where appropriate, you may also receive families at your registered centre or facility for direct in-person sessions.
II. BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Qualified Family Support Worker / Child Support Worker with relevant UK-recognised qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Health and Social Care, NVQ Level 3/4 in Childcare or Social Care, Degree in Social Work, or equivalent recognised certifications).
Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years recommended) in supporting families, child welfare, parenting education, and community resource navigation.
Excellent communication skills with parents, children, and families.
Willingness to work online and manage a professional digital profile.
Interest in expanding your practice scope to both UK and international markets.
Valid enhanced DBS check and full compliance with UK safeguarding standards.
