II. BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• GMC-registered Consultant Geriatric Psychiatrist (or Psychiatry with Geriatric subspecialty) with a valid licence to practise and relevant professional certifications.

• Proven experience in geriatric psychiatry, cognitive disorders, late-life depression, anxiety, dementia-related behavioural support, and family-centred care for older adults.

• Excellent empathetic communication skills with elderly patients and their families.
