How a Buyer Orders a Service:
After logging in, Buyers can browse products, services, experts, and other resources via the Top Navigation Menu, Bottom Menu, and website content:
- Browsing Services: Services posted by the platform’s Experts (Sellers/Providers) are displayed on the Service page. Here, users can view service categories and detailed content. A search filter on the left-hand menu helps refine results by category and specific needs.
- Service Details: Each service includes a specific description, illustrations, pricing, and information about the Seller. Descriptions are highly detailed, covering the scope of work, technologies/techniques applied, the roadmap, and the Seller’s quality commitments. Buyers can click on the Seller’s name to view their full profile.
- Buy Now: To order, the Buyer clicks “Buy Now” on the service detail page. The payment is processed and held in StrongBody AI’s intermediary vault (escrow). Upon completion of the order, notifications are sent to the Seller’s account and via email to both parties to ensure the order is captured and processed promptly.
Sending a Service Request to a Seller:
- A highlight of StrongBody AI is that Buyers do not have to buy a “pre-packaged” service. They can send a custom request based on their actual needs using the “Send Request” form on the service detail page. The Seller will receive a notification regarding this bespoke request and can view it within their Seller request management page.
Sending a Public Request:
- StrongBody AI further distinguishes itself by allowing Buyers to send a Public Request to multiple Sellers. If a Buyer cannot find a suitable existing service, they can create a Public Request by selecting a sector and describing their requirements. The AI Matching system automatically identifies potential Sellers based on expertise and sends the request to them. The Buyer can then receive and compare multiple offers before choosing the best fit. This feature increases the chances of finding the perfect provider while motivating Sellers to improve their services.
Contacting Regarding Products – Consult Request
Sellers share products on their personal storefronts to provide information and introduce benefits. StrongBody AI allows Buyers to contact Sellers specifically for product consultations:
- Consultation: On the product page, the Buyer can send a consultation request. StrongBody AI opens the Biz Messenger (B-Messenger) window, allowing the Buyer to send a direct enquiry regarding that specific product.
- Real-time Exchange: Seller and Buyer can communicate instantly. This process is a direct exchange rather than an automated checkout. StrongBody AI facilitates the confirmation of any resulting transactions and ensures secure payment through integrated Stripe, PayPal, or Payoneer gateways.
Receiving and Processing Offers
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, StrongBody AI acts based on the Offer details, chat history, images, and evidence provided by both sides. If a refund or cancellation is agreed upon, the corresponding amount is returned to the Buyer, and the Seller receives only the portion agreed upon by both parties.
Offer Management: When a Seller sends an Offer regarding a product/service or responds to a request, the Buyer receives a notification. These can be managed via My Account -> Offers.
B-Messenger Integration: Unique to StrongBody AI, the B-Messenger tool is not just for chat; it is a powerful business transaction tool. Offers appear directly within the chat window, creating an incredibly seamless transaction experience.
Reviewing Offers: The Buyer can view full details, including the Offer name, service/product type, specific tasks, timeline, delivery method, agreed terms, and the total cost. The Buyer has the option to decline or ignore the Offer.
Acceptance & Payment: If the Buyer agrees, they pay for the Offer via PayPal or Stripe using their saved credit card. Payments are fully secure and held by StrongBody AI.
Fulfilment: The Seller is notified of the payment and proceeds with the work as outlined in the Offer.
